喻冬玲，女，1994年出生，辽宁辽阳人，中共党员，汉族，博士，内蒙古科技大学能源与环境学院，讲师。主要从事多相流换热、生物质气化、热化学储能相关科研，近五年以第一作者发表SCI学术论文4篇。
