季兴立，1990.11，内蒙古鄂尔多斯人，博士，讲师。从事高级还原体系去除含氧酸盐等饮用水处理领域的研究工作。参与多项国家自然科学基金和高层次人才科研支持项目，发表高质量论文多篇。
